“2020-2021 TOP 10 List of Excellent China Ip Agencies-Patent Civil Litigation” organized by IPHOUSE & IPLEAD was released on July 16-17th, 2022. The TOP 10 List, relying on data related to litigation within the year, objectively demonstrates service qualities of the IP agencies in China. The ranking research took several months over more than 400 Chinese IP agencies. Based on the litigation data of IPHOUSE, the research team selected the judgments and rulings of closed IP cases from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021. They then went through accurate label extraction, analysis, and manual cleaning, and comprehensive scoring on various data dimensions  such as court level, case nature, winning rate, claim support rate, litigation identity, maximum amount of subject, client identity, number of typical cases to make a final selection of the list.
